Brashear hosted a softball triangular Saturday. Brashear's first opponent was Scotland County. Brashear struck first with a pair of runs in the bottom of the 1st, but Scotland County answered with a pair of runs in the top of the second, 3 runs in the 3rd and another in the 4th. Brashear rallied for 5 runs in the 4th to lead 7-6, but couldn't hold on and lost 9-7. Heidi Lay, Page Stutsman, and Maddie Moots had hits for Brashear. Cassidy Althide got the start, striking out 6.
